Music

I've decided that I'm probably tweeting/posting on Facebook too much, so I'm going to start posting here instead. What I REALLY want to post is all of the songs that I find that I love, or just ones that I've already loved. So here we go!

Creep - Damien Rice

I realize that the original by Radiohead is a classic, but I love Damien Rice, and I think he does a great job with this cover.

Yet again, another cover. The original was by Bonnie Raitt, and Adele also has a wonderful cover out, but this version speaks to me the most. I love the piano. I love his voice. I love the passion he uses when he sings the words. I love everything about it.

I'm obsessed with the Avett Bros. right now. I love this song. I don't know that I've ever heard a more sweet love song. I'm so glad my friends got to use this as their first dance song at their wedding, because it was perfect for them.

Another one by my boys Seth and Scott Avett.

I told y'all I'm going through an obsessive phase with The Avett Bros. This is one of their best songs (lyrically, anyway) in my opinion. "Always remember there was nothing worth sharing like the love that let us share our name." (Last Avett post. Promise.)

I loved this song when it originally came out by Gotye feat. Kimbra. I literally just found this. Ingrid is my girl.

Because I somehow only 56 seconds ago found out that HE AND INGRID MICHAELSON ARE MARRIED. I'm really mad at myself.

I go to The University of Southern Mississippi now because I graduated from Mississippi State. I live in Hattiesburg. It's weird because I don't really know Hattiesburg, but I like it. I love my classes. I feel like this is the part of social work I've been waiting to learn (therapy, diagnoses, etc.).

More later....
